Every couple is unique and so every wedding should also be unique. This is where we get to know you and what your vision of the perfect wedding is. Once we have more details on what your dream wedding is, we can then incorporate our experience to bring to life your ideas and vision. Based on your ideas, we match packages to fit your budget.
We write up the contract based on the options picked during the consultation and take the deposit to secure those options for the event day. We then get to planning and organizing everything for your dream wedding right away.
This is our first face to face planning session. Here is where we plan the skeleton structure of your event day and offer a variety of ideas and suggestions for creating a truly unique and memorable experience.
A few months prior to your event we will go out and do a site inspection. At this time, we make sure we know the ins and outs of the venue, identify any issues we might see, and create or obtain a floor plan for your event. This ensures we have ironed out all the technical kinks prior to your celebration.
At our second face to face planning session, we go over the small details that make up your celebration and see if there are any changes that need to be made. This is usually held at your event venue.
This part of our process is mostly reserved for our weddings. Here is where we bring to life everything we discussed in our planning sessions.
We meet with your family and friends and go over all of the details to make sure everything runs smoothly on your special day.
